Gheorghe I. Tomescu ( born April 8, 1931 - )

Romanian economist and poet . Aliases : Tomi - Cerbureni George , George Tome.

He was born in Cerbureni -Arges . He attended primary school in his native village Cerbureni (1938-1943) and secondary studies at Pitesti Commercial High School ( 1943-1951 ) . He graduated from the Faculty of General Economics at the Academy of Economic Studies , Bucharest ( 1951-1956 ) . He obtained a doctorate in economic studies at Lomonosov Moscow University ( 1959-1962 ) .
